The Great Lakes MSS Association provides networking opportunities for vendors to show their products and services at our annual meeting. We also offer sponsorship opportunities at our event.


COVID-19 Vendor Announcement


During these unprecedented times and all of the uncertainty that the COVID-19 pandemic brings to our respective communities, we the combined Boards for GLMSS, SEMSS, WDMSSA, and EDMSSA want to ensure that you as our valued vendors understand our intentions and the possible what-ifs in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic and potential impacts to our 2021 Spring Meeting.

Intentions:

As of the publishing of this document it is our plan to proceed forward with the Spring 2021 meeting as announced.  We (the combined boards) will keep a watchful eye on conditions that may affect our Spring Meeting such as Local, State and Federal government laws, policies, mandates and procedures and other factors related to COVID-19 that can affect our ability to deliver a safe and effective meeting.  To that end, we need to communicate the “what-ifs”.

What-If:

If it is determined by our joint boards that the 2021 Spring Meeting cannot be safely and effectively executed due to any combination of factors, we will communicate our determination for cancellation to our members and vendors at the earliest reasonable time.  Due to the many known and unknown cancellation policies regarding our already encumbered funds for the 2021 meeting, we cannot commit to full refunds for registration fees paid for the 2021 meeting but will apply any paid registration and sponsorship fees toward the 2022 Spring meeting.   While no other specific commitments can be made at this time, our intentions are to continue to seek viable remedies towards reasonable and mutually satisfactory outcomes.

  • Please mark the boxes with the date you will be arriving to the Hotel.
  • Shipments should not arrive at the Hotel prior to January 15th, 2021.
  • Materials received by the Hotel will be stored in a secured room until your arrival.
