It is not enough to say that a supplier, a servicer, or a company of any sort has Experience, since its experience may be Bad. The important but often unstated fact is that its customers have had Experience - but was it Good, or was it Bad???
If a company stays in business long enough, it will have customers whose Experience has been Good and, no matter how good it is and how hard it tries, some customers whose Experience has been Bad ... after all, the company is made up of people, and mistakes are sometimes made. The important statistic in choosing a company to be your supplier or your servicer is: the proportion of its customers whose Experience has been Good.
Our members are companies that have been in business, on average, a great many years. That they are still around, and that they continue to grow and to thrive, can only mean one thing - their customers' Experience has been, on the whole, Good. In fact, their customers' Experience can be rated by another term, Better. Or even, dare we say, Best?
