Make your room reservations direct with the hotel -
be sure to specify the "GLMSS FALL
2009" room
block in order to get the correct rate.
Please register each person from your
company who will be attending. For more than one person, fill out the form for
the first person and click the <SUBMIT> button (do NOT hit <ENTER>
while filling out the form). When you see the acknowledgement page, click
your browser's <BACK> button (do NOT click the
<Back to Form> link on the acknowledgement page) - you will see this form with all the information
still in it. Change the <Name of Person Being Registered> to the next
person you are registering and click <SUBMIT>. Repeat for each person you
are registering.
You will receive an email invoice for the
registration fee ($150 per person) - you can pay this on-line with a credit card
or by mailing a check to the address given in the invoice.
